At some point when I am not about to shower and get ready for work (rare), I'll give a more italktosnakes-style rundown of my LeakyCon experience (although I'll condense it to one blog post, not 756).
For now, I'll just say that I feel like I finally did a Harry Potter conference right.

It's always hard taking pictures with Alex. You have to wear sunglasses due to his bright, shining halo.
I was going to make a comment about Alex not wearing sunglasses in the pic, but someone else wrote something far funnier about it than I could. Story of my life.
Glad to hear it went really well, and look forward to reading your blog when you get around to it, even if it is sadly shorter than Kristina's countless (ok, 4) diary entries.
